Great design I loved this cargo cover at first. It fit really well in my new Ford Escape. I like the durability of the fabric and how the floor part is quilted, makes it seem a little bit more comfortable for the dogs. The side panels however did not stay as they should have. The product comes with super stick velcro to stick to the side panels of the inside of your SUV and then you velcro the sides of the cover so they will stay in place. after only maybe 2-3 rides in the car, but 2 aussies managed to undo the velcro just by moving around in the back. I tried to make adjustments so there wasn’t as much tension pulling on the side panels from the floor when they walked around but now the velcro has lost its stickiness and I will have to find another way to keep the side panels up. Other than that It is a great quality product. Just needs some minor adjustments.

Great Cover for 2012 Cherokee This is an awesome cargo cover. It fits great in our Cherokee, and its very adjustable for other vehicles, and the fold out flap over the entry bumper is great for dogs like my GSP that likes to jump into the back of the rig. The quilted bottom is quite soft and overall I cannot think of any way to improve this product. We were concerned about the color not being black like most covers, but now that its installed, its actually looks better and more custom. This product is a AAAAAA+

Potentially awesome for dog owners, but needs some tweaks When I first installed this in my hatchback with seats folded down, I thought it was going to be exactly what I wanted – something to protect the back of my car from dog dirt/hair/slobber that I could just remove, throw in the wash. No more spending an hour vacuuming and washing all the surfaces of the area where the dogs ride. The material is actually nice and sturdy and the design is fairly good. I like that the material comes up along the sides of the car instead of only covering the bottom like most of the products out there. I imagine it’s ideal for a small SUV cargo area (rear seats up). The pocket seems like a nice idea, but I never use it. I would give this 5 stars if I didn’t have big dogs back there. With a bigger dog, and a hatchback, the design needs some adjustments. The criticisms I have are as follows:(1) it needs a better mechanism for keeping it in place when the dogs move around. I have to readjust it each time we go anywhere. Within five minutes of driving, my 70lb lab has already slipped around and caused the liner to bunch up in the middle, thereby nullifying the coverage I’d hoped to have. I’m going to try putting a rod along the fold (behind the front seats) and use bungees to secure the rod on each end to the front seats (same concept as keeping a couch cover in place). It still doesn’t solve the problem of the side pieces falling down (Velcro strips came off), but might keep it in place better. Also, the plastic connectors (for securing the top to the headrests) aren’t strong enough to stay put with a large dog moving around.(2) the coverage along the sides doesn’t go all the way to the back of my car, so the carpet on my wheel wells area is still exposed. Also, it would be ideal to have a flip out section at the back door where the dogs jump up/down to protect paint and plastics from scratches. I’ve seen this in another product.(3) it should probably come in different sizes or models because, for example, in my car the coverage is pretty lousy along the sides and back door. The dogs of course like to hang their heads out the rear windows, and the sides of the liner get pulled down due to the ill fit/attachment, so it doesn’t take long for the sides of the seats, carpets, and doors to get pretty grubby. The bottom line is this product is like 80% there in being adequate, but probably is currently the best option out there for those of us trying to protect our hatchbacks from our dogs. If the manufacturer made a dog/hatchback model that resolved the issues I mention above, it would be wildly popular.
